New Opportunity | Sign Language Interpreter | Kent, Washington | Full-Time Position |

ProCare Therapy is working on behalf of a school district close to Kent, Washington to find a qualified and talented Sign Language Interpreter for a full-time position. This position works with a student to provide interpreting services for the remainder of the school year. 


ASL Interpreter:

-Candidate must hold ASL credentials.

-Start as soon as possible - EOSY. There is a high potential that the ASL interpreter will continue through ESY dates (this is 4 days/week, July 6-July 29).

-Hours: 6.5 hours per day (minus a half-hour unpaid lunch), so 30 hours per full week plus a lunch each day. The hours are slated for 7:40-2:10 at this time.

-1 9th grade student

-1:1 in a Special Education classroom; some general education classes with the student.

-For the current schedule, it would be onsite for 3 hours a day and remote for the other 3 hours. This will shift slightly once the new hybrid schedule is in place for high school students (approximately some time in March). It would still span over 6 hours, of course, per day.
