We are now interviewing sign language interpreters for the 2022/2023 school year. All applicants must have ASL knowledge or a 4.0 EIPA.
Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an Interpreter/Transliterator Training Program affiliated with an accredited educational institution
• Current, national interpreter and transliterator certification or a two-year provisional certificate with certification attained prior to expiration

Details:

• The sign language interpreter will work district wide
• Responsible for the interpretation of lessons as taught by the classroom teacher
• Assist hearing impaired students in the interaction and communication with hearing students and staff
