American Sign Language Interpreter Needed

Sunbelt Staffing is assisting a school district near Naperville, IL in search of an ASL interpreter for the summer.  This position will be Part Time. If you are interested, please read below for more information.

Job Requirements and Details:
* Part Time (16 Hrs/week)
* Start Date and End Date: 6/14/23 - 7/13/23
* Caseload: 9th - 12th grade
* ISBE – PEL w/ Interpreter Approval
* EIPA Score – 3.5 or above per IL EDU approval requirements
* Must be able to comprehend sign, inflections and intent of the student and simultaneously speak to them in articulate appropriate English.
* Observe student behaviors and performance and communicate student performance to teacher and support staff.
* Collaborate with other staff in planning, modifying, enhancing, and implementing curriculum and school objectives.
