Educational Sign Language Interpreter needed near Weaverville, California

Soliant is helping a school district in the Weaverville area, to find a Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) for the upcoming school year. As the SLI you will use techniques that have been developed for communication between hearing students and deaf and hard of hearing students. This position is essential in bridging the gap in educational settings. Educational Sign Language Interpreters (SLI) ease the communication between deaf and hard of hearing persons and hearing persons in an educational environment. 

Job Details:

• Full-time position 
• On-site W2 contracting Position
• Caseload: Assisting in ASL classroom and working individually with students as needed.

Requirements:

• REQUIRED: EIPA score of 3.5 minimum
