Full-Time Job around Rockford, Illinois - Sign Language Interpreter
I am working, closely, with a school district, around Rockford, Illinois, to locate a Sign Language Interpreter, to assist their students, and I am currently reviewing resumes for the upcoming new school year.
This Sign Language Interpreter job will be:
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday
- Various aged students
Caseload details about this full-time Sign Language Interpreter job:
- Assisting students in within the deaf, hard of hearing population
- Standard Signing services with students of varies signing levels
- Aiding students with various types of disabilities
- Facilitation of communication within all educational environments
- Participation in team meetings and collaboration with the deaf, hard of hearing team
Requirements to be considered for this job in the Rockford area:
- A EIPA score of 3.5, within the last five years
- ISBE Approval as an Educational Interpreter
- Hold an associate degree issued by a regionally accredited institution of higher education
