Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Sign Language Interpreter to provide individualized support to a student with special needs during the 2023/2024 school year. The qualified candidate must have a 4.0 EIPA score with the written portion completed and Nevada Interpreter Certification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation for spoken communication in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Interpret ASL into spoken communication
- Work collaboratively with the student, their educators, and support staff to build effective communication strategies
- Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:
- 4.0 EIPA score with written portion completed
- Nevada Interpreter Certification
- Relevant experience with special needs students
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional demeanor

Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on education and experience
Full-time Position
Schedule: Full 2023/2024 school year
