Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) needed for 23/24 SY in Issaquah, WA
We are currently seeking experienced Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) for SY 23/24. This is a full-time position.
Location: in Issaquah, WA
Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Caseload: 1:1 Student Need. (10th Grade)
- Facilitate communication between the student and teachers or other school staff.
- Additional hours beyond the school day if the student choses to join a club or a sport.
Qualifications:
- FL Licensed SLI.
- Prior experience working as an SLI in a school setting preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with educational practices and terminology.
- ASL certifications (EIPA, RID, NIC)
