Sign Language Interpreter - SLI

We are interviewing for a Sign Language Interpreter. Come be a part of a great school district with constant support. This assignment is for the rest of the 23/24 school year with possible extension!

Location: CHandler, AZ
Details:

• • Full Time | 37.5 hrs./week
  • Monday – Friday
  • Onsite
  • 1:1 positions
  • Provide interpretation services to deaf or hard of hearing students
  • Interpret class discussions and other classroom activities
  • Must be fluent in ASL – American Sign Language
  • Must be able to work closely with teachers and other school staff to ensure that the student’s communication needs are being met
  • Must pass EIPA - 3.5 or higher
  • would like a score or schools experience

Required:

• Bachelors Level Degree in ASL or Educational Interpreting
