Soliant has a need for a sign language interpreter in an educational setting. The position is full time, working a contracted assignment for the next school year. This position offers the chance to renew, pending a good fit with the school and the student. Candidates should be comfortable working with students of all ages, but we will place candidates based on experience and preference. All applicants should have Illinois Department of Education approval to work in the school setting. Candidates should have a 3.5 EIPA, RID certification, or IL BEI certification.

Job Details:

  • Sign Language Interpreter – Educational K-12
  • Full Time - Monday-Friday; Regular School Schedule
  • Caseload – K-12 – will place candidates based on experience and preference
  • 1:1

Job Requirements:

  • Must have IL Department of Education Approval (must have at least one of the following)
    • 3.5 EIPA score
    • RID certification
    • IL BEI certification
