We are working with a school district in the Sumter SC area to hire an experienced and dedicated Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) to work with their K-12th grade students for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year.

Job Details:
The hired SLI will be working 1:1 with an assigned student - providing interpretation for special education and general education classes; 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri. 

The ideal candidate will have all of the following:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in ASL or Educational Interpreting, an active SLI National Certification, an active RID certification, at least 2+ years of experience working in school settings, and an EIPA score of 3.5 or higher
