Speech-Language Pathology (SLI) Contract Position

ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of educational staffing solutions, is seeking a talented and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology (SLI) professional to join our team. This is a contracted position based in the beautiful city of Fallbrook, CA. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' specific needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication strategies and support systems are in place
• Monitor and document students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Participate in meetings and IEP (Individualized Education Program) discussions as required

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid California state license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
