Virtual Sign Language Interpreter in Pennsylvania (2023-2024 School Year)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in ASL or Education Interpreting
  • EIPA Certification (minimum 3.5), RID Certification, or NIC Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with deaf or hard of hearing students
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
    • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Highlights:

  • 1099 Position 
  • Guaranteed Weekly Hours
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours
    • ($25-45/hr depending on district budget/candidate experience)
