Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)

- Familiarity with working in Pre-K or early childhood environments
- Ability to follow student schedules and maintain confidentiality
- Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (state or national) preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver clear, accurate ASL interpretation between the student, staff, and peers throughout the school day
- Support the student’s communication needs across academic, social, and classroom activities
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to facilitate student participation and learning
- Prepare for lessons and activities to anticipate vocabulary or concepts the student may encounter
