- Comfortable with remote technology and virtual interpreting tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available for full-time, contract work (part-time not accepted).
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret spoken language into sign language (and vice versa) during classroom instruction, meetings, and school events.
- Work closely with teachers, students, and support staff to facilitate full participation in academic and social activities.
- Ensure clarity and accuracy in all interpretations, adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and maintain a reliable virtual work environment.
