Your responsibilities will involve working closely with a single student, ensuring seamless communication throughout the school day and assisting with both educational activities and social interactions. Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) with demonstrated interpreting experience
- Registration or certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (state or national preferred)
- Prior experience in a school or educational environment, especially with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and respond to the unique needs of a Pre-K student
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 sign language interpretation for a Pre-K 4 student
- Support learning activities both in and out of the classroom
