What you bring:
- Valid certification and license as a Sign Language Interpreter
- Proven experience working in a pediatric or school environment
- Skilled in American Sign Language (ASL) with an ASLPI score of 4.1 or higher
- Comfortable in a 1:1 student assignment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positivity, flexibility, and professionalism in a dynamic school setting
- Ability to travel to and work on-site
What you’ll do:
- Facilitate clear, effective communication between students and school staff using ASL
- Support individual student needs according to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
