Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation between spoken English and American Sign Language for students, staff, and school community
- Support classroom instruction, assemblies, and extracurricular activities
- Work one-on-one and in group settings to ensure students have access to curriculum and campus events
- Foster positive relationships with students of varying communication needs
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Help facilitate communication during meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and IEPs as needed
