Key Qualifications:

- Knowledge of relevant district or state requirements, with a PEL or Paraprofessional Certificate if requested by the school.
- Ability to take initiative, adapt to changing classroom dynamics, and work well with both students and faculty.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards within an educational environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interpret classroom instruction, discussions, and activities between teachers, students, and peers.
- Facilitate communication during school-related events and one-on-one or small group settings.
- Act as a language and cultural liaison, ensuring students’ equal access to educational content.
- Collaborate with general and special education staff to address individual student needs.
- Support documentation and case management as requested by the educational team.
