Key Qualifications:

- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Role Expectations:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 interpreting services for a third-grade student throughout the school day
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between the student, peers, and school staff
- Support student engagement and participation in academic and extracurricular activities
- Adapt interpreting modalities for classroom instruction, group discussions, and individual needs
- Work closely with educators, support teams, and family as needed to foster optimal learning outcomes
- Adhere to established policies, maintaining an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment
Position Details:
- On-site only, within a vibrant school community
- School year contract: August 24, 2026 – June 3, 2027
- Schedule: 33.75 hours per week, 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
