Key Qualifications:
- At least a 3.5 score on the Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) is required.
- Must be willing and eligible to obtain interpreter licensure through the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC).
- Previous experience working as a Sign Language Interpreter within school settings is valued.
- Strong proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and a dedication to upholding professional interpreting standards.
- Ability to collaborate positively with students, educators, and support staff.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one sign language interpreting services for a high school freshman throughout the school day.
