Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group interpretation services between staff, students, and families using American Sign Language
- Accurately convey educational material, instructions, and discussions in classrooms and school events
- Support students in both academic and social school activities, adapting interpreting style as needed
- Collaborate with educational teams to ensure language access for students
- Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to interpreter Codes of Ethics
- Facilitate communication in meetings, parent-teacher conferences, assemblies, and extracurricular activities as required
