Key Responsibilities:

- Uphold confidentiality and maintain high professional and ethical standards according to school and district policies
- Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support individualized student goals
- Assist with documentation and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Certification from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) or an equivalent credential is a plus
- Eligible for Kansas licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter in educational settings
- Strong fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and a deep understanding of Deaf culture
- Previous experience in educational environments is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
