- SLI Para applicants with near-passing EIPA scores who are committed to re-examination may be considered for SLI tech placement and transition to full SLI status later in the school year
- Proficiency in American Sign Language and educational interpreter practices
- Comfort with daily service documentation and maintaining detailed logs
- Professionalism, flexibility, and strong communication skills
In this role, you will:
- Interpret spoken English into American Sign Language for students in classroom and school-based activities
- Foster accessible learning alongside teachers and related service providers
- Engage in daily documentation of services provided, supporting compliance and student success
- Participate in occasional pre- or post-planning days as needed
