Your primary assignments will be within a consistent set of school buildings, with a focus on meaningful 1:1 student interactions.
This full-time contract role spans from August 24, 2026, through June 15, 2027, with 1–2 positions currently open. Most responsibilities will be based in the Eugene area, ensuring continuity and stability for you and the students you’ll work with.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Completed interpreter training program
- IEPA score over 3.5 (required)
- Proper and current licensure as relevant to Sign Language Interpreting in an educational setting
- Prior experience providing 1:1 support for Deaf or Hard of Hearing students preferred
- Ability to collaborate within a team of DHH specialists and educators
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- References available for submission (required prior to interview)
