The position requires working full days, consisting of 7.5 hours plus a 30-minute lunch, on all student attendance days throughout the school year.
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver sign language interpreting services during the school day
- Facilitate effective communication between the student and educators, staff, and peers
- Participate in telehealth interpreting as needed to support educational activities
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards in all interactions
- Attend to the interpreting needs on all student attendance days from August 12, 2025, to May 20, 2026
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and interpreting skills tailored to educational settings
- Experience with telehealth interpreting methods preferred
- Strong understanding of the needs of deaf or hard-of-hearing students
- Ability to work independently in a school environment
- Reliable and punctual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
