Role Highlights:

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Virginia Quality Assurance Screening (VQAS) Level III, or
  • Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) score of 3.5+ and passing written test, or

  • Proficiency in American Sign Language with a focus on educational support.
  • Commitment to student success and a positive, team-oriented mindset.

Key Duties:

  • Facilitate communication between the student and classroom staff/peers using ASL.
  • Support the student’s learning and participation throughout the school day.
