Role Highlights:
- Serve as an onsite Sign Language Interpreter in a school setting, partnering directly with one student to deliver classroom and curriculum support.
- Experience full-time hours, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week), following the academic calendar from August to June.

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia Quality Assurance Screening (VQAS) Level III, or
- Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) score of 3.5+ and passing written test, or
- National certification such as NIC.
- Proficiency in American Sign Language with a focus on educational support.
- Commitment to student success and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
Key Duties:
- Facilitate communication between the student and classroom staff/peers using ASL.
