Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in American Sign Language or Educational Interpreting
- Relevant certification: EIPA, RID, or NID required
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 sign language interpretation for an 11th-grade student across all classes
- Facilitate clear, effective communication between the student, teachers, and peers
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in educational interpreting
