Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time sign language interpretation between students, teachers, and peers in classroom and school-related settings
- Support instruction by accurately conveying spoken information to students using ASL
- Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment, removing communication barriers
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards
- Work collaboratively with special education staff and related service providers
- Participate actively in meetings, conferences, and professional development sessions as required
This full-time position involves 37.5 hours per week over five days, working directly with middle school students throughout the academic year.
