Qualifications:
- Nationally recognized Sign Language Interpreter credentials
- Minimum 3.0 EIPA score required
- Successful completion of fingerprinting/background check (previous valid FL prints may be transferable via the AHCA Clearinghouse)
- Ability to secure JLA badge prior to start date
- Experience in school settings and supporting DHH students strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality sign language interpretation for elementary-aged students
- Support DHH students 1:1 and in small groups
- Collaborate closely with educational staff for student support and inclusion
- Maintain compliance with school and district protocols and credentialing requirements
