This on-site position, starting August 11, 2026 through May 27, 2027, is full-time, with up to 37.5 hours per week at a single elementary school serving Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) students. Your day-to-day will be varied, from supporting students individually to facilitating small group learning, ensuring every child has equal access to a quality education.
Qualifications:
- Valid 3.0 EIPA score or higher (required)
- Experience supporting DHH populations, preferably in an educational setting
- Ability to obtain Florida Department of Education fingerprint clearance (past prints may be valid through the AHCA Clearinghouse)
- Commitment to on-site work—virtual is not an option
Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation for DHH students in classroom, 1:1, and small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote inclusive learning
