Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one interpreting services for a designated elementary student during classroom activities and throughout the school day
- Assist with both academic instruction and extra-curricular settings as needed, ensuring equal access for the student
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and other school professionals to support the student’s Individualized Education Plan
- Clearly interpret spoken language into sign and vice versa for all communications
- Maintain a supportive and inclusive environment for the student’s full participation
- Handle documentation and daily reporting as required by the school
