Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Intervener Certification required
- Proficiency in American Sign Language
- Prior experience providing ASL interpretation in a school or educational setting preferred
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interpret classroom instruction, discussions, and activities between teachers, staff, and students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Support students during all school activities, fostering participation and social engagement

- Help facilitate access to the general curriculum and extracurricular opportunities
