Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between deaf/hard-of-hearing students and teachers, peers, or staff
- Interpret classroom instruction, school events, and meetings as needed
- Assist in preparing and understanding classroom materials and resources for students
- Collaborate with educators and support personnel to ensure effective accommodations are provided
- Provide feedback and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) when appropriate
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and adhere to school policies
