Key Qualifications:

• Professional proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Experience working as a Sign Language Interpreter, ideally within educational settings for grades 9–12
• Understanding of IEP processes and the unique needs of Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers and specialists
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Ability to provide accurate, clear, and impartial interpretation services in academic settings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person sign language interpreting for two high school students during classes and school activities
