Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Previous experience as a Sign Language Interpreter, preferably in a school environment
- Ability to interpret simultaneously and consecutively for students, faculty, and staff
- National certification such as RID or comparable credential preferred
- Understanding of the educational needs of deaf and hard-of-hearing students

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services for classroom instruction, assemblies, meetings, and extracurricular activities

- Adapt interpretation style to age, level, and context as needed
