Sign Language Interpreter
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Sign Language Interpreter to support students in the Fontana, CA area. This is a full-time opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year within a collaborative and student-focused school district.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
EIPA score of 4.0 or higher required (RID certification preferred or in progress depending on district requirements)
Experience working in educational settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and effective interpretation between spoken language and ASL
Support communication access for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
Assist in classroom instruction as needed to ensure full access to learning
Maintain confidentiality and follow all district and educational guidelines
Collaborate with educational teams to support student success

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.69 to $54.69. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
