Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL), with strong communication skills.
- Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter and/or a Teacher of American Sign Language (ASL).

- Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and educational modifications for Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing students.

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different learners and classroom settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time interpretation for students and staff in classroom instruction, meetings, and school events.
- Deliver ASL instruction to students, either individually or in small group settings.
- Adapt communication methods to meet student needs and promote full classroom participation.
- Consult with educators to develop strategies and materials that enhance accessibility for all learners.
- Maintain confidential student records and document progress.
