Required Qualifications:
- EIPA score of 3.5 or higher
- Valid Sign Language Interpreter certification

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret classroom instruction, group activities, and school events for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Ensure clear and accurate conveyance of spoken and signed communication between students, teachers, and peers
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
- Support student engagement, participation, and independence within the school community
- Adapt interpreting approach to meet individual student needs and educational settings
- Collaborate with special education teams to maximize student learning outcomes
This school-based contract spans from August 12, 2026, to May 26, 2027, offering 35 hours per week across five days.
