Step into an engaging educational setting where you’ll make a daily impact as a Sign Language Interpreter. This full-time, on-site contract role runs from now through May 2027, offering opportunities to work with Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) students at either the elementary, middle, or high school level. You’ll serve at a single school site, collaborating with students on a one-on-one basis as well as supporting small group interactions.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum EIPA score of 3.0 or higher required
- Experience interpreting in educational settings preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster supportive relationships with students and staff
- Dedicated to upholding confidentiality and promoting an inclusive environment
- Flexible approach, able to adapt to the unique needs of elementary, middle, or high school students
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, accurate interpretation for DHH students across school activities
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, staff, and peers
- Support both one-on-one and small group learning situations
- Contribute to a positive, accessible classroom experience
- Remain current with ethical standards and best practices
- Complete required fingerprinting and credentialing
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation as requested
