Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in American Sign Language, with an ASLPI score of 4.1 or higher
- Experience working one-on-one with students in a school setting highly preferred

- Appropriate certification and credentials as required for educational interpreting
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated, individualized sign language interpreting for a student throughout the academic day
- Accurately relay classroom instruction, student participation, and peer interaction
- Adapt interpreting methods and support to meet the unique needs of the student and classroom environment
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff discussions, and ongoing communication with the educational team to support student success
