Key Qualifications:
- Valid KS licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter
- Proven proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Prior experience in a school environment, particularly working with high school-aged students, is preferred
- Commitment to supporting students in general education settings
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
Responsibilities:
- Interpret classroom instruction, discussions, and activities between teachers, peers, and the assigned high school sophomore
- Facilitate communication during school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities as needed
