Qualifications:
- National certification in Sign Language Interpretation and/or an EIPA score of 3.5 or higher
- Experience interpreting for K-12 students or in academic settings preferred

Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting classroom lessons, discussions, and school activities for students using sign language
- Facilitating effective interactions between students, teachers, and peers
- Supporting student understanding by accurately interpreting spoken information and student contributions
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school policies and professional standards
- Collaborating with educational staff to ensure accommodations meet each student’s needs
- Adjusting interpreting strategies based on grade level, student proficiencies, and program requirements
