Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter
- Minimum 4.0 EIPA score required
- Prior experience in educational settings preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for supporting students in a 1:1 classroom environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 sign language interpretation for a third-grade student onsite
- Collaborate closely with staff and families to ensure full educational access
- Adapt communication methods to meet the student’s individual needs
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Document services delivered and progress as required
