We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) for a full-time, school-based assignment.
Position Details:
- Full-Time role
- Onsite only (no virtual option)
- Start Date: August 3, 2026
- End Date: May 27, 2027
Requirements:
- Active GA DOE SLI License required
- No HR waiver will be accepted
- Strong experience supporting 1:1 interpreting in school settings preferred
- Ability to support student access across academic and social environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 interpreting services for a Deaf/Hard of Hearing student
- Support access to classroom instruction and school communication
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and special education team
- Ensure consistent, accurate interpretation throughout the school day
