Make a real difference supporting students across a range of grade levels as a contracted Sign Language Interpreter working 1:1 in a school-based setting. This position is designed for individuals eager to provide high-quality communication access for students in grades K–12. Qualifications:
- Valid EIPA score of 4.0 or higher, or current RID/NAD certification
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Sign Language Interpreter preferred
- Comfortable working with students from kindergarten through high school
- Skilled in one-on-one interpreting support
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities within educational environments

- Provide one-on-one sign language interpreting services for students as assigned
- Ensure accurate and confidential communication between students, staff, and peers
- Adapt interpreting techniques to match grade level content and student needs
- Offer support during classroom instruction, school events, and extracurricular activities
