- Experience (0-3 years, 4-6 years, or 7+ years) as a Sign Language Interpreter in school settings or similar environments
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and familiarity with various modes of communication for students with hearing or significant communication challenges
- SLI level certification or equivalent credentials
- Adaptability for in-person/hybrid work, with the ability to be on-site at least four days a week
- Strong commitment to creating inclusive, accessible educational environments
