Educational Sign Language Interpreter - Richmond, Texas

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active license required to practice as a Sign Language Interpreter
- Experience in school-based settings as a language facilitator or interpreter
- Familiarity with supporting students utilizing cochlear implants and academic technology

- Ability to support a high school curriculum, particularly in Algebra and language arts
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between the student, teachers, and peers using sign language
- Provide interpretation in classroom instruction, school activities, and extracurriculars
- Collaborate closely with district staff and ensure compliance with student accommodations
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in educational interpreting
