Position Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Pennsylvania (Fully Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor
Schedule: 37.5–40 Hours per Week
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to K–12 students throughout Pennsylvania. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping students improve their communication skills while enjoying the flexibility of a teletherapy environment.
The ideal candidate is experienced in school-based services, knowledgeable about special education processes, and comfortable collaborating with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual speech-language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
Provide direct teletherapy services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
Complete evaluation reports, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams
Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff regarding student communication needs and strategies
Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
Utilize teletherapy platforms and technology to effectively deliver services remotely
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with educational teams
Reliable internet connection and professional home office environment required
Preferred Experience
K–12 school-based speech-language services
Special education and IEP processes
Telepractice platforms and virtual therapy tools
Experience working with diverse student populations and communication needs
Previous school-based experience preferred
Teletherapy or virtual service delivery experience preferred
