Desired Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrated proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and the ability to accurately interpret spoken language in a school setting.
- Previous experience interpreting at the high school level is highly valued.
- Awareness of confidentiality procedures and sensitivity to student needs.
- Committed to punctuality, reliability, and collaboration with educators and school staff.
- Familiarity with any additional state or district requirements for interpreters (such as a Professional Educator License, Para Cert, or relevant certifications).
