Key qualifications:
- Valid EIPA 4.0 or higher certification required
- Experience as a Sign Language Interpreter in K-12 settings, especially 1:1 roles, preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working on site and providing in-person support
Your responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 sign language interpreting for an elementary student in the classroom and throughout the school day
- Collaborate closely with special education and general education staff
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for student success
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times
